We receive a number of emails that generally fall into one of the categories below. Please read the answers to these frequently asked questions below, and if you still have an enquiry, we welcome your email to us at [email protected].
Print FAQs can be found here.
What equipment do you use?
Currently we work with the Canon 5DMkIV and the Sony A7r2. Our lenses of choice are the Canon 16-35mm f/2.8L lens and the 17-40mm f/4L lens. We also have in our kit a 24-70mm f/2.8L II lens, the 70-200mm f/4L USM lens, a 2x II extender, and an assortment of graduated neutral density filters, neutral density filters and polarisers from NiSi.
I would like to use one of your images for our website/book cover/brochure/calendar etc.
We are happy to license out any image you see on our website. We also have a second website where we have another 26 galleries which contain more stock-like images, or multiple compositions of the same subject. If you are interested in licensing an image, please send us an email at [email protected] with as many details as possible (type of usage, print run, placement on website, size/resolution, period of license, exclusivity etc.) so we can provide you with a quote. If you are a charity, educational body or not-for-profit organisation, you are also welcome to contact us and we will consider a reduced fee.
I want to make my images look like yours. Can you give me some tips/help me with my post-processing?
A selection of free video tutorials can be found under the “Learn” tab that you can view.
We also have our entire post-processing steps condensed into an action and a 10 minute video accompanying it, called "The Everlook Photography Style: How to Achieve It".
In this tutorial, "EP Start to Finish: Lake Oberon", you will receive over 60 minutes of instruction on how Dylan processes a number of RAW files to create the signature Everlook Photography look.
If you have other suggestions feel free to email us with them!
We also have some ebooks available, which have various tips and techniques on how we create our images. These are available for purchase here.
